- Submit an Application & Fee
- Please submit your application and fee.
- The deadline for application submission and verification is on June 15, 2026.
- Submit Official Transcripts
- Please submit transcripts from all universities and colleges attended.
- Only official transcripts will be accepted.
- If you have studied outside the U.S., please contact us for further instructions.
- Submit Resume / CV with Reference List
- Upload a copy of their current resume or CV that includes the names, titles, and contact information for three professional references who know the candidate personally and can attest to the candidate’s performance.
- Upload License
- Current unencumbered license as a registered nurse and APRN in the United States, its territories or protectorates.
- Background Check
- Prior to matriculation, students must pass the 麻豆原创 background check.
